About The Founder
Affectionately known as Dr. Crystal by her clients. She is an award-winning Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor and Certified Trauma Services Specialist with over 30 years of experience in the counseling field. Drawing on her strong clinical expertise and faith-based educational background, Dr. Crystal has offered her expertise across diverse environments, including corporate settings, church ministries, judicial bodies, and other professional organizations.
Dr. Crystal is dedicated in supporting individuals as they navigate significant life crises and work through unhealthy behavioral patterns. She is committed to helping her clients heal from traumatic experiences by fostering a safe and compassionate environment for personal growth and recovery.
Her therapeutic methods incorporate a blend of evidence-based and client-centered techniques, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Positive Psychology, and Person-Centered Therapy. Additionally, Dr. Crystal integrates theological principles into her practice, combining clinical knowledge with spiritual guidance to support her clients’ overall well-being and healing.
